Seniors

Our senior classes are aimed at everyone from our most experienced Black Belts to people who have never set foot in a Dojo! We offer you a very friendly environment and help you to find the right pace and work at a speed that is right for you.

Our classes are broken down into three sections, the first stage is the warm up stage, this is a great cardiovascular workout, we get your blood pumping and your muscles stretched out ready for the rest of the session. We then move onto a group training session, this focuses on something different every time, so it may be knife attacks one day, then throws the next. We finally move onto the syllabus training for the final stage of the training session, here you will be split out into small groups, usually 2-3 and work on the syllabus for your next grade.
