Training

The student will only train in the official IJJO syllabus and will not use techniques taught to them outside of the Dojo except in extenuating circumstances and only then with minimum force to protect themselves.

The student is not permitted to use a technique for the purpose of personal gain whilst training.

The student will attend the Dojo on a regular basis and will work to achieve the highest personal standard they are capable of.

Throughout the students training the IJJO may offer seminars to complement the student's progression through their grades. These seminars are not compulsory and will not count as a session toward your grade. However the seminars will allow the student to gain a higher level of understanding and knowledge in the martial art.

If a dispute arises between a student and instructor regarding training methods and procedures and cannot be resolved, the matter will be referred to an IJJO representative for arbitration.
